Due to a limited number of scholarships, scholarship recipients are required to commit to a full year of participation.

What level of assistance are you requesting? And state your level of volunteer commitment.

Scholarship assistance varies based on request up to the full amount of tuition with a volunteer commitment from the singer or 1/2 of tuition without a volunteer commitment. For a full scholarship, 5 hours of volunteer time per month is required. Examples of volunteer roles: Dolce or Bel Canto teen mentor - be available and assist with rehearsals, assemble concert programs, promote OYC at community events, help set up and/or take down at concerts, etc. Please request what you need and the OYC board of directors will review and approve what they are able based on the number of applications and funding. Assistance can be requested to decrease monthly tuition or uniform fees. In your response be sure to include your preferred volunteer commitment.
